About the event
New children’s book, ‘Poppy - The Ghost Hunter of Dunster’ will be launched on Saturday 7 December at Dunster Living shop with two free author reading sessions offered over the weekend to children aged 4+. The story, written and illustrated by Dunster-based author Nina Dodd, follows a bubbly little sausage dog around the medieval village of Dunster in her quest to find ghosts. During the reading session, children are encouraged to help Poppy find the ghosts hiding on the pages of the book. The fun reading session will be held in Dunster Living shop’s back garden with space for max. 15 children and their parents. In the unfortunate event of poor weather, the reading will be held at Dunster Living shop’s back room (due to limited space, parents will be asked to wait in the shop).
