Poetry Writing Workshop

Imagine how lovely it would be to create beautiful poetry! You could self-publish your own poetry book or have your poems printed on greeting cards to give to your family and friends - or even sell them in local shops!

During our Poetry Writing workshop, you will be taught the skills to get started with your poems and how to use metaphor and adjectives to express abstract ideas. You will also be given a writing exercise aimed at producing at least one new poem (finished or to work on at home). There will also be an opportunity to share your work with the group and the tutor for supportive feedback - all in a comfort of a small group over a cup of tea and a slice of Dunster-made cake.
